"The hotel is first rate. We had balcony rooms on the second floor and they were large (almost suites) with beautiful bathrooms. The hotel was still very lush even in mid-October. The restaurant is the real gem of the property. It firmly deserves it's one Michelin star. We did have dinner there one night and though expensive it was one of the 3 best meals I have ever eaten. "Hi. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel Verlaine. The hotel is is the residential area a short walk to a public beach and a shop behind it which was great. 15 min walk from the train station. Staff were very friendly and helpful. You can hear some road noise but you are in the city. I really liked the lobby, my room and balcony. The hotel looked after my cases on my last day until my flight home. Fridge in room, cold water dispenser downstairs. A great hotel. Thank you. "

"I stayed at this Hotel as my Sister said it was a hiddem gem, I was hesitant to book at first, however, I can honestly say I am so plessed I did. It is a lovely Hotel with friendly & welcoming staff. The room was nicely decorated, large enough for 1 person, I booked a few little extra's on the pre booking form which was placed in my room prior to check in. Great location & there is a great bakery next door which does tasty Baguettes, Biscuits Pizza & French Pastries (Moulin de Flòr). 15-20...
