"All good"

"Terrible liquor selection, bars were not stocked up and there was nothing available. Bartenders were extremely slow and most didn’t know how to make anything. Beverage manager needs to be replaced with someone with more knowledge and do better job hiring bar staff. For was good but inconsistent. Rooms were kept clean at all hours. "Staff are very nice and helpful. The breakfast is included and very tasty. The property has all the amenities on it and you get a golf cart to enjoy them."

"This is the 4th time we stay we loved it the first few times but it seems now they are renovating some things . Some amenities like some pools and areas will be closed least in our time there . Food prices increased. Service is still pretty good . Luxury 3 villa lacked of comforters not a big deals but they only provided some throw blankets that were still too small for the beds . Over all we would come back."

"Our didn’t get off to a good start. The hotel over booked and they had no suites for our family of five. They gave us two rooms next to one another that did not connect. It’s was like we were on two separate vacations. We finally got the room we paid for on the third day of our seven day trip. Most of the staff were courteous and polite. The food was decent enough. "No one on staff spoke English. The hotel is very dated and unkempt. There were several power outages in the 16 hours we were there."

"The area looked beautiful in photos but it really was not feeling safe. We had an overnight before cruise and mainly just stayed in the room. The beach was lovely but we didn’t feel comfortable eating anywhere near this small hotel no elevator so be prepared to carry your luggage up stairs to higher floors. No where close to get a coffee in the morning."
