"We were in contact with them months before to see if we could reserve the transfer from the hotel to the airport. They reassured me that there would be no problem. We checked in late and when we checked in, we were told there wasn’t enough room on the transfer for all eight of us. Therefore, we had to arrange for a private van transfer."

"I love the front desk ! I love the free shuttle from the airport ( order in advance ( I love the distance to the airport (10min) and not too far from main Rome ( 40 min took us )
Taxi was available in 2 min. Breakfast was amazing. We also included dinner in our booking ( steak was not good - we had 4 orders twice so no quality meat ) but chicken and pasta were great .
Pool was great . Supper recommended as. Good deal including breakfast , dinner and one time shuttle! ( Note - you need to pay...

"We stayed at Augusta Lucilla Palace for 2 nights in July 2026 as a family of four adults, and we had an excellent experience.
The location was perfect for exploring Rome. Before our trip, I was a little concerned after reading some reviews saying the area could feel unsafe at night.
