"Room was cleanish. Absolutely freezing in there even when we tried to warm it up. We raised concern about the shower because it was EXTREMELY chloriney. We have very chlorinated water where we are from so it was not simply the presence of it. It literally burned our throats and eyes and I still have a cough 5 days later. They said it was normal so maybe it was just our weak Canadian lungs but man it was actually like a torture chamber. They did give us a free drink though so that was nice."

"Although only there for 1 night as a layover for the airport, found that the location was awesome (by the port) and a lot of restaurants in the vicinity. Rooms were clean and the view we had was amazing. Didn't get a chance to use the rooftop pool or the amenities, but definitely something that I would look into if I return."

"Convenient to hotel.
Shuttle was great.
Room not wonderful.
Bathroom not cleaned properly prior to our arrival. There was left over dental floss in the bathroom, I killed two small bugs in the bathroom. There were stains on the bedroom curtains.
We arrived at 10:00 pm and were quickly told dining and the bar was soon closing. Felt lucky they allowed us to have a quick bite."

"Overall experience fantastic considering we were only there for one night! Woman who checked us in was wonderful -tbe gentleman in morning was a bit curt and unfriendly but was nicer when we checked out! Wasnt very interested in giving us any direction or recs on places to see but fine in general - just not what you expect for someone working in hoapitality - ( ie warm, welcoming to tourist exploring a new city!"
