"Clean rooms and friendly staff. La Fortuna is about a 30 min drive. The friendly (Giovanni and Louis) make the drive worth it. We were able to spot sloth from the facility (guess we were lucky). I would definitely recommend it if you are on a budget. "

"Amazing property for family with three active boys/ the waterslide, gym and padel courts were awesome. Breakfast was nice each morning although very slow service so plan on a full hour for breakfast. The rooms were great and location very convenient and super close to La Fortuna waterfall and El Salto rope swing "

"Basic, well managed property, clean and away from the noise of the main avenue. It has a nice nature walk in the back which was a plus. The restaurant could be better, in fact I noticed this everywhere I stayed and ate in CR, a major disappointment as far as the cuisine. I get better CR food in Queens NY. "

"Beautiful property, the shared outdoor kitchen was so nice to use and then sit and enjoy the sounds of birds and the fresh air. I now wish I could have my own! The room was fine, had all the necessary essentials and the AC worked great. The space indoor and outdoor felt safe and secure and the other guests were respectful and polite. The staff was helpful in figuring out the parking situation so that everyone could park and not get in each others' ways. One thing to be aware of is that the...

"We loved our stay. The grounds were beautiful and we enjoyed the pool. Liked having a restaurant on the property and how close it was to town, yet secluded and quiet. Highly recommend. Also recommend Pure Trek for canyoning and Arenal Mundo Adventura for Zip Line. Wished the kitchenette was more equipped with utensils for cooking like large spoon, spatula, mixing bowl, knife, etc. "

"The breakfast window is very short and early (6:30-8:30) but they offered 3 options which were all good. The property was absolutely beautiful with a view of the Arenal Volcano. "
