"The brightness menu was apart, and I don’t know why they had so many different recipes of eggs everywhere. I get it maybe a lot of people like their eggs differently, but that was a whole menu. Please do something different change it up. Also these people not like protein I know eggs is a protein, but like meat where is the meat? There was only bacon."

"Delicious food but portions were small. Took the servers 10 minutes to approach your table when you sat down at a restaurant. Took 20-30 mins to get your meal but their island time I guess. Overall loved the stay. Top shelf liquor and food."

"The young lady who checked us in was amazing and very kind and helpful. I did not get her name but she had short blond hair. She was great. There were also several other employees who went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Chunalies greeted us with a warm smile and graciousness from our first encounter until we left. She exemplified excellent customer service and a few others should follow her lead . She was very engaging and made sure we had whatever we requested! Rachel at the bar beside the pool was nice as well. Jayden was helpful as well. Kendrick started off ok but as the days wore on we seemed to be more of a nuisance to him as opposed to valued customers. He has to do better! Raja at the omelet station was nice and helpful every encounter. Georgia who worked the buffet was nice, so was the other young lady with the reddish hair . I did not get her name unfortunately. The manager at the buffet a young lady was very accommodating and ensured that we had everything we need. Her name may have been Shawntell. On the other hand Kristy who worked the buffet either two or three nights seemed less than concerned about our needs. In fact she continued to walk pass us pretty much ignoring our requests for drinks. Her customer service skills were abysmal at best. I’m not sure of how the culture is but we are used to being served drinks during our meal. At a minimum water should have been offered Even that was too much for her. She seemed to be annoyed that we were there."

"Rooms are horrible tubs are chipping and I had the preferred club which means top shelf drinks . First let me start off saying the food was nasty as hell, in the morning for breakfast & lunch can’t enjoy your food. There are flies everywhere & birds disgusting . When you get up to get a drink you have to cover the plate with napkins. I wouldn’t recommend coming here at all . Food on the beach horrible frozen hamburger patties Frozen chicken wings .staff at the hotel definitely favor Caucasians . I can write a book on this Hotel in just a short stay . RIDICULOUS "

"The room was clean and spacious for a studio. It had all the amenities, coffee pot, microwave, full size fridge, 4 burner stove top. Only thing missing was the ocean view, pool and jacuzzi. Overall a very nice stay."
