"The property was very nice and cozy. There were many nice beaches at a few minutes drive and we enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi also. The staff were very nice to us and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. "

"The rooms are not clean, air conditioning was terrible. The staff made a lot of noise right outside our room during the day and night, I could barely sleep. The restaurant employees act as if you are bothering them by being there, I couldn’t even order a cup of coffee without being side eyed by an employee. Biggest regret was staying here even if it was only a few hours. "

"Paid for 3 night's stayed for 1. Studio was a shoebox, no hot water, shower head was not adjustable and water came out very hard. I had to stand on the side of the shower and stick limbs in for a quick wash. Restaurants in the area seem to have good reviews but we tried 2 and was unimpressed. I wasn't expecting fancy but a decent shower and an actual door instead of a screen would be nice. Could hear everything outside and above us."

"We booked a long-term stay for December 2025 through January 2026 for our wedding, honeymoon, and winter break. On December 30, 2025, housekeeping entered our cottage and left the door open. Our dog escaped during this time. We were not notified for approximately two hours. The property owner did not contact us directly or provide an incident report. "the property was nice . the staff at the front desk was also very helpful and nice but the staff in the food court was rude. and act as if we as the guests could not ask a question. Didn’t appreciate that because we spent our hard working money to be comfortable "

"The pool wasn’t as clean as id like to see it when spending so much money. On two separate occasions there was a questionable substance floating in the pool and around the pool swim up bar. Might’ve been throw up but it was definitely unsanitary leaving me and my family feel underwhelmed. "

We stayed a week in a studio bungalow with a covered rear porch. Interior was clean and modern. Kitchen well stocked. Early check-in for a fee.
