"You can tell the property is old but they were under renovation. The first room I was given unfortunately had bugs and I was accommodated in a different room. They both had a strong smell like if someone had smoked in them. Staff was extremely friendly and polite."

"We had an oceanfront room on the 2nd floor, and it was a beautiful space—clean and well-maintained. We appreciated having water in the fridge, as we usually bring our own. The main pool was lovely, but we couldn't find any seats because they were all taken. We tried to reserve two lounges in their reserved area with an ocean view for a couple of hours, but it was priced at $250 for two people, which seemed excessive, especially since no one was using them. They should have offered it at half that price; I bet they would have been sold out. We looked at other hotels in the area, and this is a really nice resort. We then went to the other pool, but it was quiet since there was no music. The DJ didn’t show up until Sunday."
