"Everything about this place was great. I took a star off because it wasn’t the ideal place for us. The casino is very central to the resort and is hard to avoid. If you’re not into gambling, it’s just annoying/sensory overload. We figured out a way to exit the building a floor above and take some stairs to the pools and beach. That made the stay a lot more enjoyable, but still we had to walk through the casino to go to the restaurants and shops. There are not many businesses outside the resort, so for food, you’re pretty much stuck with the resort’s restaurants, which are good but pricey. For example, one night at one of the more affordable restaurants, we got fish and chips and a mussels appetizer (as a main), no drinks, and the bill was about $100. Drinks are $20 each. There’s a liquor store and a small market near the entrance to the water park. I got a bottle of rum and some cans of juice and make my own drinks in the room. There’s also a great daiquiri place in that same area. Still not exactly cheap but the quality of the drinks is phenomenal. Overall, I’d say I’m not really a resort person. I liked walking to the little market and seeing locals NOT working in uniforms. We even took the jitney into town one day and that was an interesting experience."

"Great property, especially for the price. Right by the beach, bus stop right out front, really good food. Overall a great stay and may become out go-to place in Nassau. Only reason for not top stars all over, was the facility. The stairs to the second floor had no rails on 1 side, and were needing serious work. Additionally the sheets were pretty scratchy and the pillows were flat. The mattress was comfy, so not the end of the world. If the sheets matter, might change which properties you choose. We loved our stay and would stay here again anytime."

"The best part of the house was the location. You are literally next to the beach. We could walk outside and around the side of the house and then you sitting on the beach. The water is amazingly beautiful and warm. The house has lots of room and the master bedroom has the best view. The only problem with the house is that there are cockroaches. Not the huge ones, and you only see one in various rooms so they are not everywhere. We put all our food in the fridge to keep them out. We also made sure to rinse off dishes before use. The other issue was the cooking stove. It needs to be cleaned or serviced, so the burners can work correctly. The house is really close to a grocery store and Wendy's so you can walk to them fairly easy. Despite the couple of bugs and the cooking stove, the place was awesome. I would definitely recommend it to people. "
