"This was an excellent stay. Easy from beginning to end. Clear information and communication and very quick replies to any questions. The apartment was clean and exactly what I expected. One area that could use attention is there's a need for more lamps. I moved one from the bedroom into the living room, just not to always have bright overhead light on. A couple more lamps in the living area would have been welcome. Overall, though, I was very pleased and I would stay here again....for the convenience of location, communication with staff, willingness to answer questions and deliver more coffee and paper towels...etc. Very satisfactory stay! "

"We did self park. Parking lot was right behind the hotel. The room and view were fine. Only issue was the tv, safe and refrigerator were all unplugged. We had to call maintenance. Also, the bathrooms appeared clean but there were several hairs in the shower. I hate seeing that. "

"Cleanliness needs to be much better. Housekeeping has to come back and clean multiple areas and change the linen. Curtain partly torn off but maintenance couldn’t fix it then. Views were nice. "

"Beautiful new hotel with amazing views but there are zero amenities after 8pm. No food or drinks after 8pm and you are on an island physically so hard to leave and get anything. Don’t arrive hungry and certainly don’t expect to hang in a hotel bar. We asked for a connected room and they did not offer this (didn’t see like they tried as the hotel did not feel full). It was a waste of money to get a connecting room. Staff did not seem interested in problem solving."

"The location is great and the staff were friendly. There was no artwork on 3 of the walls, so the space felt boring. I was surprised that there was not a refrigerator nor microwave in the room. Nearly every place I have stayed included a refrigerator. Some improvements in the room appeared hastily done."
