"The room was very clean and the property was too! The amenities are outstanding! It lives up to the Disney name. My one and only complaint is THE BED! It was so hard, my husband and I both didn’t sleep and ended up with terrible back pain."

"The check-in date was a bit disappointing. There were people smoking weed on the balcony next to my room, and the smell permeated several floors. The staff at the poolside bar, where there’s a kiddie park, were incredibly slow and unresponsive when trying to get their attention. The beds were also quite hard. The water park was crowded and understaffed, with some rides closed due to insufficient lifeguards. The food was mediocre and unappetizing, but the coffee at the provisions cafe was great."

"This is my 3rd stay at the Beach Club. Its pool complex is the crown jewel of this resort. While the pool is amazing and cast members here do an excellent job of taking care of the guests, I did notice the rooms are in need of an upgrade. They felt old and outdated. This is in the deluxe category but didn't feel deluxe. I was very surprised. In the future, I'll choose another deluxe option."
