"The airport shuttle was not available due to not having a driver. It was a little stressful but they were able to get another shuttle show up within 20 minutes. There was a group of people on my floor who opened and slammed their door no less than a dozen times at about 3 am. Very rude and unnecessary."

"There was mold along the caulk in the shower. There were no trash bags in any of the bins when we checked in nor when room service came to tidy up the room while we were gone. The room was so humid that the floors were sticky, including the carpet, and the beds felt wet upon getting in them. The indoor pool had leaves all in the bottom of it, and it was not very “heated”. "The room definitely had some spots that could use some cleaning, spots on the wall, etc.... The room was huge and was incredibly big for the price so it was a steal for our large family. The breakfast was good and the staff was extremely kind and friendly. The room size and staff made the stay. Even being so close to the highway it was really quiet too which was nice. And the jetted tub was fun."

"When we checked in the staff was very kind and helpful. A few hours later I tried ordering food from the bar. The employee was so rude I told him just to cancel it and went out and picked something up to bring back to the room. We were traveling from Texas to Michigan. We had planned to leave early in the morning after getting their free buffet breakfast. It was supposed to open at 6 AM. We were told the "woman was running late". We waited until 7:20 AM. "The rooms are clean and spacious with comfortable beds, nice kitchenette, and lots of lights. Staff Very friendly and courteous. Breakfast has a variety of options, served on real dishes. Only downside was waffle batter dispenser wasn’t working so an employee used her fingers ( not wearing gloves) to unplug it. I no longer wanted a waffle."
