A great place to stay for a short break, clean rooms, comfortable beds, unlimited breakfast. Good value for money, 15 min walk to bus services from road behind hotel to station and shopping centre. I would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel was very poorly staffed throughout our stay. 75%+ of tables had dirty glasses / empty bottles that needed clearing. All draught options were off at the bar and we were charged 20% service for opening 2 bottles of beer. The spa was ok but very tired. The changing rooms had a lot of broken plastic worksurfaces. The pool itself was ok but had clearly had a rushed refurbishment with a poorly fitting pool liner. It all felt quite claustrophobic. The jacuzzi was way over-chlorined...

On check in, I was asked what time I wanted my 'full English' - not ideal being held to a time. Full English didn't have standard bacon - it was non pork Turkish bacon which I should have been told about.
