"The Locke hotels are always very beautifully designed and the rooms are very nice. The rooms are large, fully equipped kitchen and nice layout. We had some trouble with the A/C, but was immediately taken care of by the staff, who are very friendly. The only minimal drawback is that we stayed for 6 nights and had programmed housekeeping for the third night, but they never came. "Although our room was very small, it worked for us for the 8 nights of our stay. We are grateful to the staff who immediately took care of the few requests we made ( wash cloths, ice, and extra towels). Since the room was so small we would have benefitted from having 1-2 hooks to hang towels and a soap dish in the shower. We also let them know the shower clogged after 1-2 minutes in the shower."

"Overall very great hotel/room, very clean! The only thing is that it was quite small for 2 people, we had to keep our suitcases closed and against the wall or under the bed. The shower door also has a gap at the bottom so the water can leak to the toilet area. Otherwise, the location was amazing, it's between chinatown and national gallery, and very close to the underground tube station. Another huge plus is that you can chromecast your device to the television!"
