I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). "The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious compared with other hotels and the locations was perfect with a lot of amenities at a walking distance. It is also located in a safe area. The A/C was not working properly when we arrive to the room but they sent a technician right away and fixed the issue within 30 minutes."

"Disappointing stay. Very small room and smelled musty with dirty sheets. We asked the front desk to change our sheets 3x before it actually happened. Thankfully Ali helped us out and gave us a drink but still not enough to make up for the unpleasant experience of having to making this simple request multiple times. Same thing applied to the broken shades in our room. For the price paid, just not worth it. I’d book somewhere else."

"Location is good, many restaurant around. Close to Russel Square tube station. 15 minutes to Covent Garden and China Town. Room was spacious. The cons was the water presdure in my shower very low. Try to ask the reception (lady with a long hair) and she promise to fix it tomorrow but while I came back to my room the shower still the same with very low pressure. "
