"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. "Loved my stay! Very easy check in on the tablets. Room was cool with the lights. Everything was done on an iPad which was pretty cool. My tv worked but kept glitching so bit annoying. Bed was comfy. Only thing is the blinds being functioned from the iPad mine kept catching and wouldn’t go down after a certain point. Pretty annoying. I did try myself but didn’t want to break anything. It would catch every single time and go slanted. Great stay and location. Would def stay again"

"Location is good, many restaurant around. Close to Russel Square tube station. 15 minutes to Covent Garden and China Town. Room was spacious. The cons was the water presdure in my shower very low. Try to ask the reception (lady with a long hair) and she promise to fix it tomorrow but while I came back to my room the shower still the same with very low pressure. "
