"It is a pod hotel after all so the space will be small. That being said, the experience was great. Very clean and well maintained. The check in experience was as simple as scanning a qr code and you are in. There are lockers for storing luggage which is helpful if you want to check out but still need to do stuff in town. "We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). "I stayed for one night and it was very convenient for me as I only had to walk 6 minutes to the Lyceum theatre where I was going to. It was clean well maintained, a bit bland , but couldn’t complain for the price considering it was in central London. Breakfast was good too."

"tiny rooms for the price. Which is fine but their staff was terrible. I requested them multiple times during my 3 day stay to clean my room. They did not do it once!!! They offered me to replace my towels and then no one turned up! This was after I complained about their service. "Location is good, many restaurant around. Close to Russel Square tube station. 15 minutes to Covent Garden and China Town. Room was spacious. The cons was the water presdure in my shower very low. Try to ask the reception (lady with a long hair) and she promise to fix it tomorrow but while I came back to my room the shower still the same with very low pressure. "

"It was the perfect spot for our family of 4 to explore the city in a weekend. I appreciate the kid friendly touches of ducks and games. It was so clean! And the bathtub was luxurious! The location was perfect for the Tower and the hop on hop off pick up!! We really loved our stay here."

Had a bit of a faulty towers feel to the place while we were there with fire alarms going off for hours, elevators not working and bars closing at random times. Still, would highly recommend staying here !"
