"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious compared with other hotels and the locations was perfect with a lot of amenities at a walking distance. It is also located in a safe area. The A/C was not working properly when we arrive to the room but they sent a technician right away and fixed the issue within 30 minutes."

"The property was in an ideal location, just off Trafalgar Square. The room however was not that great. The room was extremely small with a huge pillar in the centre of the room. The TV wasn’t working. The bathroom/toilet door wasn’t working properly and got stuck shut on two occasions. The shower also didn’t work properly due to a bent hose that let very little water out. "The staff were friendly upon arrival and the self checkin process is fairly straightforward. Our room was fairly simple and very minimal; only two bunk beds, hooks on the wall and what I believe was a scarf ring. We used our checkin luggage as a little table to place some items as there was nothing available for us to use. "Not worth the money"

"Location is good, many restaurant around. Close to Russel Square tube station. 15 minutes to Covent Garden and China Town. Room was spacious. The cons was the water presdure in my shower very low. Try to ask the reception (lady with a long hair) and she promise to fix it tomorrow but while I came back to my room the shower still the same with very low pressure. "
