The only issue was that I found a bug on the bed sheet. The staff assured me that it’s not a bedbug and it’s a carpet bug! Anyhow I don’t think it’s appropriate to see a bug of any kind on the bed sheet. I ended up putting towels on the bed to able to lay down but it was not a good night sleep at all. "This is a fantastic location. It’s easy to walk to Piccadilly and the West End. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The underground is across the street, there’s a bus stop a block away. Our room was very nice, and clean. But we had a door to an adjoining room and the people next door had a baby who started crying at 5am every day and we could hear it clearly.
