"Great location on the south end of central London (although be warned the TfL app will try to get you to walk farther to tube stations when the Vauxhall station is a lot closer and connects with all the main lines fairly easily). Staff were incredibly friendly, especially Ahmad at the luggage storage desk. The room definitely lives up to the soundproofing they promote on their listing, it was very quiet and private. "This hotel is centrally located close to many of the main tourist attractions and the theatre district. All within walking distance. Booked a Superior Single room. Room was a decent size and had the usual amenities, iron, coffee maker, etc. No fridge or microwave. The bed is comfortable and the linen is soft. "Staff was very helpful. I like their buffet breakfast and their restaurant. You don't have to go out after a hectic day tour. You can just eat in their hotel restaurant. Food were good and so with price. The only thing we hate was their bathroom sink. It's not draining properly. It took forever. Soo disgusting."

"We very much enjoyed the property. From the lobby reception area, fitness center, restaurant and bar were all very well maintained. Modern look and feel. The reception staff were welcoming and friendly. Best of all was the location. Five to ten minute walk to London Eye and Thames South Bank and just another five minutes to Parliament, Westminster Underground. Looking forward to staying there again."

"Easy check-in, the rooms are comfortable and clean. Not so sure about the glass shielded shower/toilet area as it doesn’t give you much privacy and it’s a tight squeeze to dry yourself off. The bed is on the hard side but this doesn’t prevent a good night’s sleep. Aircon seemed to be a bit hit and miss and I couldn’t get a good signal on the TV. Very minor criticisms, though, and I’d definitely stay again."
