"Had to get a second room due to the first not having been turned over… second one didn’t have towels and the A/C didn’t work… still, it was cheap."

"It was the worst I've ever seen in my life. We had to change rooms the first was so bad. But the second room wasn't any better. Maybe the second one was worse. The ceiling looked like it had blood stains. Sheets too worn to even be slept on. This hotel is really not suitable for the amount of money spent. We couldn't even shower. Simply horrible experience!"

"The property was a A little rugged on the outside but the room was perfect. He had all the regular amenities plus a coffee maker check in was effortless, they have a drive-thru that you can check in with which is very convenient. Convenient. Staff is helpful and friendly. The room was amenities room. I'm blind so this helps me and the amenities were great And had enough room to get around. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were comfortable. No complaints"

"The staff were a joy to chat with when getting my room sorted out. The lobby is clean and friendly looking, with a cute bar and plenty of hangout areas. The gym is also good and has a surprising amount of equipment for a mid tier hotel such as cable machine, kettle bells, medicine balls, dumbbells, etc. Good quick stay next to the airport due to a cancellation."

"Booked the room for my sister. I am out of the country. Room was paid in full in advance. They would not let her check in without a credit card. I talked to the hotel and offered to give them my credit card info over the phone. They refused. After 20 minutes of arguing and threatening to let Expedia know they refused to honor the reservation they capitulated but at that point they were acting like that was their suggestion and I was being uncooperative. Immature, petty and incomparable."
