"the housekeeping was not there,apparently all the staff quit the day we got there. we were told that if we wanted clean towels we would have to take the dirty ones to the front desk. same with the garbage. if we wanted to clean we would have to do it ourselves.it took a coupe of days and several trips to the front before we were finally able to sort things out. the inn itself is lovely and the view is scenic. they need to get the housekeeping issues resolved. It's hard to believe the whole staff left of the same day, plus no one bothered to tell us at the time we checked in. all is all a very unsatisfying trip."

"Breakfast wasn’t very good. We skipped it the 2nd day. Room was ok outside of bathroom. Needs refreshed or something- didn't seem clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Guess I missed the parking fees. They charged $15 a day, which is cheaper than the $20 general parking in the area I guess. "

"Breakfast was very fresh and dining space is beautiful! However, the major concern breakfast food was limited and staff couldn't keep up with the amount of people and children were there for spring break! The hotel amenities were great with the various pools and lounging areas with huge firepits! Staff was amazing from bartenders to the front desk. Love Shana at the front desk. She always check on me and my family. Thank you Shana😍 GREAT HOTEL! we will be back"

"The air conditioner is extremely noisy and will keep you up. The place is right on the street so you hear traffic all night. The fitness center has hardly anything and the one machine was broken. We actually couldn’t get a refund so we paid for another hotel rather than stay there"
