"Loved the location, room was very clean and big. Parking was good, able to park right in front of our room, we were on bottom floor which was great for us. Staff was informative, told us not to leave food in car because of bears and we had friends staying somewhere else that they truck got attacked by bear. So good advice for us. Would definitely stay there again."

Faults...bathroom provides containers for complimentary shampoo, conditioner n shower gel BUT all were empty.
Also, I booked this place for the hot tub n pool, which the hot tub was out of order.
Convenient trolley service outside the hotel to bring to various locations in Gatlinburg. It was free and a great service for visitors. Nice not to get in a car and pay $20 for parking. Loved...
