They said it was repaired the next day, but when we walked towards the room, we could smell gas from outside. "Felt completely cheated by this place. The room was dirty, cleaning clearly not done. Food was awful — cheap, low-quality, and nothing like what you’d expect from a decent hotel. The room has an old analog TV with the poorest picture quality I’ve seen in years. Don’t be fooled by the photos showing a swimming pool and spa — they’re just bare minimum setups outside, nothing inviting about them. "Stayed several times over the years. Property is beginning to show signs of wear. Overall, nice property but the FF&E could use replacing. Stayed in suite, but tables and other surfaces scratched or chipped. Paid $18.00 per night to park on top of room rate of $259 ( Expedia). Great view from the 15th floor and extra room was nice. Will probably look around at other options next time. "
