"Exactly what we needed for a one night stay in Gatlinburg. The lady at the front desk was kind and helpful. The room was clean, parking was perfect, the price was reasonable and the beds comfy. Would definitely recommend. "
"The front desk was super nice, the pool was really nice, it had a waterfall slide, hot tub, red slide, and a little 1ft pool. Definitely recommend if you have children. The room had a balcony (creek side), bear sighting in the parking lot. Also free parking, and trolley stops in front of lobby. "

"Food options within the hotel. Overall good service and great staff that are friendly. Close to the main towns. Will come back again. Friend and I were on the 12th floor with a mountain view. It was worth it. "
