"Its location is absolutely amazing. The Sheraton swimming cove is on the right and Whalers village on the left, both at one minute walking distance!!
We used to stay at the Hyatt but it’s over a mile long walk to the Whalers village.
For the price there is no better property, we can say that because we have been going to Maui 1-2 times a year for the last twenty five years."

The complex is right next to the Whaler’s village and has good beach front with cabana, lounge and umbrella rentals available. The units are spacious with good kitchens. "Staff at valet and bell desk not very friendly. Mirror in room filthy. Toilet handle broken so you had to manually move it up to prevent constant running water. Drawers had sand all over inside. Chairs on patio covered in pigeon waste. Chair at desk/table missing from room. Requested replacement multiple times and finally received on third day. PJ at the indoor restaurant was amazing. Autumn at front desk was very helpful and Shawn at the pool desk was very friendly and helpful. The property...

"The property was beautiful and the staff were all so great. It is high season so the one issue I noticed is there is definitely not enough lounge chairs at the pool to accommodate all the people who are staying at the resort. All the hotels are like this actually. Resort should provide chairs to guests free of charge for the beach at the rate you are paying to stay there a night."

"Not a great check-in experience, room had pulled up carpet and broken lamp (upgraded bungalow room) and was not worth the price we paid. Restaurants and Luau on-site were overpriced and underwhelming. The only upside was the manager Gretchen that helped us to move to a different room (lower priced), but better view. We didn't get any money back, but Gretchen was very nice and helped us out."
