"This place was okay but honestly there were waaaaaay too many kids and not enough spaces for adults to escape to. One thing that I was really looking forward to was the grotto so when we arrived and they remodeled and removed it, we were really disappointed. Another thing was the guest services on the phone was AI so the staff brought us the wrong items. They were really friendly and this place was nice but for the price I guess I was just expecting more."

The extremely helpful young woman at the front desk seemed to know everything about the island and was able to answer every question we asked. "We absolutely love Napili shores! It is such an authentic Hawaiian vibe without the high rise feel. The grounds are stunning and the staff is absolutely fantastic. A big shout out to Dylan and Angel. Also to the nice housekeeping gentleman who brought an extra blanket for our bed. You can’t ask for a better location right on Napili Bay. We can’t wait to return in October! Mahalo!"
