"Had a great visit, the rooms are small but very comfortable. The location is fantastic with plenty of options to eat. The rooms had AC which was so helpful after a hot day exploring. Breakfast was included so options for continental breakfast or a hot English breakfast. Would stay here again."

"The mezzanine apartment concept is cool but is very small and on a hot day it gets super hot . No air conditioning and only a small window to the internal patio. Not enough ventilation. The worst point is the bathroom, is the smallest I've ever used, you barely can move around and the shower will leak water all over cause there is jot enoguht space. There is also a bad smell from the drain. I wish they showed pictures of the bathroon in advance but i guess they trying co cover for it. I did love...

"Room was okay and in a nice quiet area. The staff on site were lovely. The property is a bit run down but clean and functional. Transport links were great
There were issues around the security deposit which I have never had with any other bookings. This was eventually resolved but caused a great deal of stress. "

"Stay was good. Staff were helpful.
We booked a room for 3 people but one of us couldn't go (never told the hotel) we were just going to use the extra space but we were given a room for 2 when we showed up. No idea why.
Didn't complain at the time because we were exhausted from traveling all day but now. Wondering if a ro for 2 should have been cheaper that the 3 we booked.
It was clean enough and a good location."

"Honestly don’t know how this place has any good reviews. For starters when you book you book a specific room… yet the room looked like nothing like the photos. The walls were dirty the floors were dirty. The shower was unusably dirty. The noise in the courtyard in front of our room kept us up all night. Thank god we were only staying one night. I would not recommend."

Extremely compact bathroom (wash hand basin in the actual shower).
But if you just want an average bed in an above average part of town and don't mind lugging your suitcase up stairs it's in a great position.

"The property was not at all like the pictures and was very poor condition. Toilets didn’t flush shower, water barely worked, no soap for bathroom or sheets for fold out bed and when I asked for them they were very responsive through text but then would not come. "The property is located on a cheap area of Kensignton. It is advertised for up to 4 people but the sofa bed is in no condition to sleep in. My chidred ended up sleeping on the floor. The rest of the apartment is old, the stairways are old and smelly and the surroundings are dirty. Definitely not worth the price. The apartment itself had a bad smell. Because of this, I had to check out after the first night of a fully prepaid stay and got no reimbursement."
