"Parking was private and super easy. Room 6 was large, spacious and very nicely accommodating. Shower was larger than expected with excellent water pressure. Location is near a very busy intersection with views of the water, the swing bridge, and lots of action but so worth it to be part of it all for downtown’s hustle and bustle of small town Beaufort, SC. Almost walking distance to everything. A great place to stay."

"This is an old hotel, it used to be Hyatt hotel and was purchased by Hilton. The y had a covering of green slime over most of the floor caused by an algae growth. Room service did not clean on any day and we were told that room cleaning is every other day. Not good for the price of that missing service. We had booked for three nights but left because of the condition and lack of service after two nights. Front desk is a place of smiled anf nothing else. Never here again!"

"We arrived late evening and the overnight receptionist was wonderful. Very professional, and prompt to assist with our accommodation needs… extra towels and sheets for sofa bed. We woke, expecting to miss breakfast but was pleased to see it was still available for the most part at 10 am with many guests still indulging. Rooms appeared to be recently renovated and in clean condition. First sofa bed mattress that ever looking brand new and no stains for our child to utilize. "

"My husband and I loved the location of this hotel. It is just a few steps from excellent restaurants, shops, and coffee shops. To call it a hotel seems wrong because while it appears to be a remodeled hotel with outside doors opening to the parking lot, it is precious and it is very well done with special touches that create a true boutique stay. The beach/boardwalk access is a HUGE plus. I would expect this property to be even better during peak season! Outdoor pool areas and the sun deck are all well kept and in good shape.
