"Great"

"Extremely small room, the sink is located outside the bathroom which was a nuisance. The sink was not draining initially and we had to ask someone to come fix it. After the first person “fixed it” we saw that it was still not draining. We called again. They sent someone else who opened up the pipes and cleaned the drain and it finally worked. We were offered a free bottle of wine, which was nice but this is not the experience I was expecting when paying such a hefty price each night. The bed...

"I had a great stay overall. I slept very well, the location was fabulous, and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The only small issues were that the blackout curtains wouldn’t fully close and the ice machine was not working properly the night i stayed ( owner did let me know if i needed anything i can go to restaurant below, unfortunately my even wasnt over until midnight and restaurant was closed :( ) . Aside from that, everything else about the stay was wonderful. Money well...

"The entire experience was terrible. Only 1 elevator ( too slow) Noise Noises Noise, couldn’t sleep. There are an AC noise, fridge noise and neighbors as well. Below hygiene standards. Dirty floor, smelly room and no fresh air to circulate it. No tissues!! And they don’t provide. Avoid. "

"Courtyard room entered to outside which was not informed about when booking. There is a club next door blasting music until 3AM which can be clearly heard in the hotel room. "

"It is undoubtedly a historic hotel, but the rooms are small and extremely inconvenient to use. The phone doesn’t work, and the TV doesn’t function either. The only good thing about it is the location."

"The hotel is lovely. The restaurants and pool area are very nice. The issue I had was with staff entering my room when I had the "PRIVACY" sign on when I wasn't in the room. I have brought the issue up with the management and they have assured me they will address it and get back to me; however, I never heard back."

"We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, the rooms were great, and the staff was very attentive. It was a great location to the beach with golf carts providing transportation, and walking distance to a lot of shops, food, etc. "
