"The room was as described, a bit like a motel arrangement, with rooms on the ground floor based around the courtyard area. Bathroom had a huge walk in shower, the water pressure was brilliant and soaps etc were lovely. Bed was comfy, ironing board, hairdryer and great coffee, tea and cookies. It was clean, spacious and comfy. Where we were disappointed was in the welcome - no information on eating, checking out or even pleasantries. "My husband and I stayed on a Saturday night in November as a birthday treat. We stayed in the loft suite. This room is clean, cosy beautifully decorated. The bathroom is amazing ! We absolutely loved the jetted bathtub. It really was a selling point for us. Breakfast was very nice. Lovely fresh eggs. We enjoyed having our own private dining toom too. Paul was very nice and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be coming back again. Thank you ."

She was so very helpful with local information and incredibly kind. Our room was beautiful and the amenities in the bathroom delightful. "Easiest check-in/out I’ve ever had, friendly staff and the room is spotless but if you’re sharing this may not be for you. The pod room is very small and you will be on top of each other and after one person has showered, the bathroom is drenched as the shower head is in the middle of the space. Nice room otherwise and I would stay here as a solo traveller. Right in the airport too so very handy if you’re catching an early flight."

"Great place to stay and the owners are wonderful. Rooms are comfortable with loads of teas, coffee, hot chocolate and water. I didnt realise we could park there (for a fee) so I'd already booked parking.It's 5 minutes by cab to Gqtwick and the bus stop for Gatwick is right outside the Farmhouse. I'm sold, we're staying there everytime we fly from Gatwick. Great people to do business with. "

"I don’t know why I always drove to Gatwick in the middle of the night when I could have stayed in Hampton. North Terminal, right next to the easyJet baggage drop-off. Beautiful, modern room. Comfy bed. Nice buffet breakfast. First time, but definitely not the last."

"I think the property could be managed better. There was no fridge in the room which was very inconvenient - I wanted to keep my drinks cold but couldn't. The bathroom amenities were very basic and no bath salts, soap by the bath area for example. The room balcony should be cleaned daily- it is full of pigeon poop. Otherwise, the property itself is lovely and historic, there's alot of potential to make this hotel a 5 star place, but you need a good management to be able to do this. The restaurant...
