"It was clean, they offered a decent breakfast. The pool was closed and they didn’t have an ice machine. The location is convenient for travel on I10 but the homeless population made it feel unsafe after dark in the parking lot."

"Room smelt like smoke and mildew with dirty/damp carpet. No soap or shampoo in the bathroom and only one towel. Exterior door to the building did not lock or have key access- so anyone could walk in. Staff informed me that they typically rent these rooms as weekly rentals to the unhoused community, which is a great service but hard when you’re a travelling family looking for a quiet, clean place to sleep for the night. Pool was also closed."
