Very lively and fun area. Great pool BUT it was closed early our first night which was disappointing.

Overall the stay was ok. The faucet fell off when I turned on the hot water in the bathroom, it smelled a little musty when we walked into the hotel, the facility is dated(I know it’s an old property). Drug addicts in the stairwells to the parking garage, syringe in hand. I’ve stayed at the Nugget many many times in the past. I’d say it needs updating

I was really surprised to tell the truth! Came for a Wedding and didn’t want to stay there bad experience last time I stood at this Hotel. Rooms and bed were terrible!!! This time it was like I was at a whole different place.. My family and I had such a great time! It’s not often that we get a get away without the Grandkids, this time it was only adults and we all had the Best time. We will definitely do it again! Ty

Need to make everyone aware at checkin that rooms will NOT be cleaned unless requested in advance. Good pool area with good shade if needed.

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had!!!!! I saved for months to stay here and we had to move hotel rooms 3 times and we’re about to be moved a 4th time, due to urine smell in the rooms before I decided to just leave a get another room somewhere else even though we still had another night there.

We came to get married like many do. Our room had hair on the bathroom floor as well as water leaks on the bathroom floor. The alarm/clock had thick dust

Everything was good except house cleaning. We checked un early but paid an additional fee for that which i assumed was a rushed cleaning fee. I wasnt too upset when the room wasnt cleaned from the previous renters because of the early check-in. However I made a point to talk to the maid walking by and the front desk to ensure that we were still in the cleaning list. We left for a few hours and came back to the bed made and new water bottles but all the trash from the other renters was still there. Old empty water bottles, full trash cans, a half eaten box of Buffalo wings by the bed, the sink was still visibly dirty. I called house keeping again before leaving for the remainder of the evening and came back to the same dirty room. Front desk dropped resort fees. Staff was nice and helpful. But we were really grossed out and disappointed we had to clean our own room.

We checked in and immediately upgraded our room. Upon entering the room we noticed the carpet was dirty so I planned to wear socks, I could deal w that. The broken ac, the broken window- I almost dealt w that, but the bathroom is where the major disappointment came in. The tub surround was falling apart, no tub stopped, mildew mold all over the bottom of the door, corners of the floor in the bathroom. When sitting on the toilet you could see the wood crumble all around- the trim and door. The bathroom had hair in the tub and on he counter. We booked he room for the tub but it was so rotten any lady would pass. So between not being able to use the tub and the broken window- we could smell the neighbors smoke and hear everything. So we called Expedia and told them we needed o check out. They sent an email to the front desk letting them know we were only staying that night and need o cancel the next two. We went to the front desk in the morning to check out early and the lady actually charged us for the entire stay. We didn't know this until we got home. Expedia was suppose to give us a $150 credit on the expedia points- that never arrived. So we are disputing the two days we didn't stay w the credit card co.

Great location on Fremont Street! Everything is walkable and safe. The facilities were good, clean, and up to date. The only thing I didn't care for was no room service, or room service you had to pay for and schedule in advance. Kind of a bummer they are going to that business model.

no refer in room; toilet was too short-fine for children. check in was slow. worst was music levels in RR and even on floor were too loud; makes you not want to be on the casino floor

Golden Nugget is a great place to stay! We were not their over the weekend so not sure how the noise is then but during the week its not a problem. I would think though that it would be standard for all rooms to have a blow dryer and mini fridge. We stayed in the carson tower.

It was a nice place to stay, however the music was very easily heard from our room on the 12th floor. Glad they supplied the earplugs. The ceiling above the shower was pretty water damaged, hopefully the floor above doesn't come through!

Coffee makers should be in all rooms. Really annoying to have to pay for coffee every day. The resort fee should at least cover this.
