Durning our stay no one never came in to tidy up the room nor was the waste basket emptied from the room. We had to go and get towels and wash cloths for the room. "Room was very clean and large space . Hallway to get to upstairs was a bit outdated and many stairs so someone with an ailment would have a hard time . Check in with glass was a little weird like is there a safety issue ? Overall for one night was fine !"

It’s downtown New Haven so it’s to be expected, but we didn’t know there was an attached parking garage available, so we walked a block to another garage. "I would 100% stay here again. Prefect location only blocks away from Yale University. Convenient and walkable to lost of attractions. The staff was extraordinarily helpful. The hotel has a nice restaurant and bar on the 19th floor with a beautiful view of Yale Campus. Some reviews stated the decor was dated so I was a bit apprehensive, but I was pleasantly surprised. "Great Location! The little kitchenette was wonderful to have! Very clean and the staff were great!"

"There was nothing about this place that we liked. The parking lot was being used by a crew of workers. The night after we slept in the king sized bed we found there was debris way down under the covers. It was disgusting. Obviously no one changed the sheets. The desk help was apologetic, but never offered to come and see what we were talking about and never offered to reimburse us!"
