"I was told through expedia that i was able to garner hilton honors rewards for this stay, which i was not. Then, i tried calling Expedia and they connected me with somebody who barely knew how to work a computer and didn't even understand what i was talking about. The property was nice, management was difficult and expedia did not help with the rewards at all"

"Had a lovely stay at Sonesta! We had a bay view in our room with spectacular sunsets. There was sufficient lighting in the room and plugs for all of our devices. There was a room fridge that was genuinely cooling our soda/water; the food from the kitchen was terrific; and the employees--from the front desk to the dining area and beyond were all kind, helpful, and wililng to go the extra mile. Given the central location of this hotel (and very reasonable daily parking fees), not to mention...

"I really enjoyed my stay at this inn. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe thanks to both the property and the staff. Parking in the gated area is a bit limited, but aside from that, everything was excellent. The room was extremely clean and beautifully decorated—it honestly felt like something you’d find in a much more expensive hotel. The surrounding area is also very clean and felt safe, which made the stay even more comfortable."

"We asked for a room with a roll-in shower but got one with a tub with seat. The soaps were behind the person sitting in the shower. The bed was too low and the toilet was also too low. At least there was a bar next to the toilet to aid in getting up. It was a nice room except for ADA issues that we had."
