"The Don Valley Toronto is a must stay while in Toronto. When they say it's an urban resort, that is 100% the truth. The rooms, the pool, the bar/restaurant area, the landscaping/nature and just the cool vibe of the place is something different than just a hotel in a great city. Don Valley Toronto is one of the coolest places I've stayed in in my many years of travel. Can't wait to come back!"

"The Hotel was in a great location. Easy access to subway to get downtown. Lots of nice stores to do a little shopping close to the hotel and a variety of restaurants. Staff were great and helpful all weekend and maids service was excellent. Always returned to freshly made beds, and fresh towels. "When we arrived we learned there was no elevator. Staff helped us with our luggage up three floors. The air conditioning was not working and the room was 26 degrees. The AC never worked. There was also no hot water so we had to shower in cold water. We checked out the next morning and had to reschedule our whole weekend"

"Very very clean, room had a sitting kitchen with a coffee machine and a fridge. The furniture and carpet were dated , but renovation effort was visible in the bathroom. No elevator, however staff offered to help with the luggage. Air conditioner was super loud, it made it difficult to sleep. All in all a good place, but a bit pricey."

"Arrangements were made upon checking in that we would pay by debit upon checkout,however first thing in the morning they slid a receipt under our door and took the payment off the credit card they held for security. Have stayed2 times at the other location and was much nicer."
