"Very disappointed with this hotel. The pictures on Expedia looked nothing like the actual room we were given. The room was outdated, poorly maintained, and did not match the photos advertised online. We felt misled by the listing. "I had a wonderful time staying at the W hotel in Memorial Day Weekend. The accommodations were spectacular, the staff were very friendly and professional. "Staff was very accommodating and went out of their way to make sure that we were taken care of. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and very updated. The hotel was adorable and the area was quiet. I love a good boutique hotel. The only disappointing thing was that we did not have a record player and some vinyl in our room. It looked like every room had that on the website and we did not. But everything else was fantastic."
