"Man on reception was rude. Woman behind the bar was great on the first night but on the second the other woman was again very rude. Rooms weren't cleaned and towels weren't replaced. Parking is limited to 6 spaces. 4 of these were taken up by members of staff. Would never book this hotel ever again. Save your money. "

"Only complaint was that the shower leaked into the whole bathroom. Wall/door not properly sealed. Had to ask for extra towels to dry it up. Other than that very nice place"

"Great hotel and convenience for O2 venue and Westfield shopping centre. Staff couldn’t be more helpful. Rooms great and nice to have all the kitchen amenities on hand. "

"The room was adequate as I was only staying for one night. There was a ceiling fan which was needed as the central heating was on quite high. The one negative with the room was that the shower wasn't very warm. Also the secure parking on sight costs an additional £10."

"While the room is small it still has two beds, a tv, an on suite bathroom with a shower and a fan, though ours didn't work. Our room got a bit warm but it was small enough that opening a window cooled it down a lot. While the beds aren't incredible they're good enough for a cheap London hotel. My only real issue is the hotel itself is a little tricky to find, it's around a weird bend."

"Decent size room, comfy bed, nice bedding and clean bathroom. Location was perfect for us, close to restaurants, affordable parking ( the hotel facilitates £10per day parking @ Westfield) good transport links. Breakfast was good too"

"The hotel stay was fantastic. Its prime location next to Stratford Westfield meant easy access to shops, food and groceries. The hotel itself was clean and elegant with very comfortable rooms featuring great sheets and bedding. The bathroom was also lovely. The lobby was lovely and had a great atmosphere but the food was disappointing. Breakfast was overpriced and could have been better."
