After getting through to hotel.com agents, they said we need to collect keys from Aberdeen. How can you expect someone booking in a London property to collect keys from Aberdeen? The booking confirmation is also not provided until the day of your trip, which then makes it difficult to even check if it’s genuine. Avoid at all costs....

"Self check inn hat nicht funktioniert. Hat meine Buchung nicht gefunden. Zum Glück waren da 2 Bedienstete die sich extra in System einloggen mussten damit sie meine Buchung sehen konnten. Es war nur ein kleines Handtuch im Bad. Ich bat darum ein 2. Handtuch zu bringen- was nie passierte. In Dusche fehlt Ablage für eigene Produkte. Dreht man amWaschbecken auf,dann spritzt es unkontrolliert und man ist direkt nass- da fehlt was im Wasserhahn. Mengen- und Temperaturregler in Dusche muss man erst...

"Ideal location. Tube and mall just outside your hotel. You dont need to.go anywhere , everything is jist a walk away"

"The Brownswood is lovely and I keep returning year after year. It feels like staying with family. Pub is a great time. Quick access on bus network or plenty of bikes around make commuting to central easy."

"Sehr gute Lage in einem riesigen modernen Einkaufszentrum mit sehr guter Anbindung, sehr gute Ausstattung der geräumigen Zimmer mit einem Küchenbereich zum Selberkochen. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr reichhaltig und gut, kein Schlangestehen. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich. Einziges Manko in unserem Zimmer war die Lautstärke der Klimaanlage, auch die eine oder andere Fuge im Bad könnte neu verfugt werden."

Das Hotel liegt lediglich nur 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof Stratford entfernt und ist somit für einen Besuch z.B. in der O2 Arena sehr gut gelegen (nur 3 Stationen). All in all: Alles Bestens und Preis versus Leistung ..HERVORRAGEND!"
