"Fantastic stay as all ways 5 stars"

"I had the biggest room booked for the best view. I paid extra for everything but at the day when I arrived at 2 nice booked I came in. I checked in on the Ac was on full low. I asked them to increase it and they said it’s working it’s just gonna take 15 minutes to start up and I kept just hearing 15 minutes every hour the Ac never turned on. It was too hot in the room open windows nothing worked ended up leaving, couldn’t stay the night."

"Loved the room decor and the bed was comfy. Great value for money and a good location. Our room did back on to the railway station but it didn’t cause too much of a nuisance. Staff were friendly and the room and hotel was lovely and clean."

"The room was half the price of the local Travelodge. Everything was adequate. (But not more than adequate) Staff were helpful and friendly. The parking was very secure. The reception was staffed 24/7. This is a cheap room, don't have high expectations and you will be fine."

"Location was great. The property and entrance is very gloomy looking. The room its self is very very small. The on suite was so small that when you sat on the toilet you would be able to wash your hair in the sink. I know London is expensive, but for the price that you paying here, you would have at least expected a clean place to stay. The furniture and curtains need to be replaced. Maintenance needs to be done. Its generally dirty and not well maintained."

"Das Zimmer war sauber und die Lage mit 6 Minuten zur Bahn ist duper. Aber ich hatte ein Zimmer mit eigenem Bad gebucht und hatte ein Fenster zum Öffnen. Vor diesem befand sich allerdings (Abstand ca. 30 cm) befand sich eine Wand, aber ich hatte Tageslicht und Klima. Für 30 Grad in London ideal. Allerdings ist es schon doof, dass es keinen Fahrstuhl gubt. Ich hatte mein Zimmer im 2. Stock 🙈 Aber das Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis ist für London unschlagbar 🙌"

"The listing description and how the place actually is don’t match up. The room I booked was to have a king size bed, hair dryer, shampoo and body wash. However when I arrived the bed was a full size. There was no hair dryer, or shower supplies. They provide one body towel per person but no hand towels or wash cloths. There were bugs in the room, a hole in the wall filled with a sponge. The room ran out of toilet paper and the owners were unable to provide anymore as they were not on property....
