They moved us to another hotel 15 min away, without notifying us or contacting us prior. Should it not be our choice? I personally don’t care about a/c as it wasn’t overly hot. "Our room was so comfortable and quiet. The onsite staff were remarkably helpful and the airport shuttle worked really smoothly. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which varied in offerings each day. Having access to a guest laundry was so nice while traveling for over four weeks. The onsite pool and fitness center were also a plus."
