"I was greeted as I entered the lobby. The front desk was kind and smiling. She appeared happy. She quickly checked me in and gave directions to our room. The halls were clean. Elevator could have had a spot clean but nothing terrible. Our room was at a good temperature and we did not have to mess with it at all. The room was clean and organized. All staff we came in contact with were pleasant. Checkout was quick and again front desk staff were smiling and promptly addressed me as I walked up....

"The hotel Staybridge suites was excellent. Very clean, updated, comfortable bed with a sofa as well. The best part was the free breakfast. Krisha was the person that worked with a couple of others to prepare a delicious breakfast every morning. She was so sweet, provided excellent customer service and greeted us like we were family every morning. I was shocked at the healthy choices. The property description mentioned no pool but said there was a gym. It looked like you could only get to the gym by going through the pool area. If I'd known the gym was closed, I would've chosen a different hotel."
