It’s a great hotel in a nice spot. The highlight was the pool access room. The room was really nice but the type of room we selected made the stay. Like a lot of Bali hotels if you look around you can see some maintenance needed but we had a great trip. We will stay again. The food was really nice at the restaurant too.

We have stayed 4 times previously, and often things start to drop off a little after all Rama Residents is about 10 years old now. The friendship shown by staff is first class, everyone from reception, pool guy, restaurant staff and even security guy in the evening treat everyone like we’re all so special. The rooms are just terrific, we chose to stay in a room with the ability to close off a separate area with a tele so I can keep myself occupied in the very early hours, due to terrible...

Beautiful simple hotel, with 100% friendly staff .. from the security ,front office, chef, .. everyone welcome us with their warm smile. The hotel is very clean maybe because its new, i hope when i go back there, they still can maintain their quality.

Truly an awesome motel everything was clean and well looked after. Pool is great and having a laundry is perfect.

Mengesankan...kami tidak mengira jika Ossotel sebagus ini, kamar tdk luas tp nyaman semua tersedia. Tersedia Mini Bar dengan harga minimarket, juga pool yg sangat nyaman. Private access ke Pantai sangat membantu kami karena hanya cukup berjalan kaki menyusuri gang selama 3 menit. Restoran di area lobby jg nyaman dan terjangkau. Worth it to stay.
