"Parking was a pain in the ass, but it was worth it for the location"

The room was in chilly side as main bedroom radiator didnt work the car parking is ridiculous - cant get out Pool is nice compulsory swimming caps outdated no soap showers either €5 a night to park if use external booking partners no idea why so I didnt dine in hotel at all ! "

"Our room was very small. There was a bed and the room surrounded the bed. If you are staying with another person, there is no space to sit which was especially hard because my husband and I wake up at different times."

"The hotel restaurant was stunning and staff were friendly. The room was small. We had a light switch that was broken and could not be fixed during our stay, the throw pillows had stains and the tv would only let us access Netflix by connecting through another room which a staff member said happens. I was disappointed considering it was not a cheap stay. "

"This was an easy check in and check out process. The staff had amazing recommendations for things to do in Galway and restaurants. Right of Quay and not a far walk from the bus/train station. Highly recommend "

"All round great accommodation. Room was clean, the staff were responsive and it had everything we needed. Check-in was at another venue which was well communicated however parking was really difficult. Once checked-in we had a carpark allocated which was very easy."
