"The front desk staff were great! The room was meh! The bed had hair and a wrapper of some sort but we were so tired we just laid towels in the top of the bed to sleep."

"Staff provided me an unusable key, so i had to schlep my luggage back to the front desk to get a key that worked. Then i had to 2X call about noisy neighbors on the floor above me, both at night and the morning.
Also, cleaners failed to clean the fridge from previous occupants.
On the plus, side, the manager was very apologetic when i addressed these issues with him the next day. He even comped me breakfast as a means of making up for the unsat experience. "

"The beach view was great. The room was somewhat small. Our friends had a non lake view and it was a much larger room…so keep that in mind when booking! We had 2 kids with us so a bigger room would have been nice. But it you’re alone or a couple traveling, the lake view room would be great.
The staff was super friendly and helpful. The the hotel shuttle was a big help getting us around so we didn’t have to pay for rides. "
