"Room was clean but the shampoo bottle, hand wash bottle were empty at check in.
Called house keeping but the smart AI bot intercepted and misunderstood the request in an attempt to service my request quickly. Housekeeping did not refill till 2nd day.
Check in was a disaster because the integration between Expedia and Margaritavllie system did not send all the information on reservation thru. The human in the loop was the poor customer service representative who struggled with the information...
