"Das Hotel liegt sehr gut, leider werden die Zimmer nicht mehr gereinigt."

"Absolutely amazing stay here. We were staying for our 10th wedding anniversary and everyone made us feel special and welcome. Nothing was too much hassle or a problem. The food was delicious. The spa was so relaxing, clean and perfect. The whole stay was phenomenal and we will be back. Thank you for making our anniversary so perfect."

"Everything was great! Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean hotel, nice room, good location. I will stay again."

"I stayed here recently and enjoyed it from check-in to checkout. The front desk team was friendly from the moment I walked in. They greeted me by name, answered every question without hurrying me, and sorted out a small request quickly and cheerfully. My room was larger than I expected. It was spotless, with fresh linens, a comfortable bed and plenty of space to spread out and unpack. Nothing felt cramped or tired, and it was quiet enough to sleep well. The bar was the highlight. The cocktails...

"Enjoyed our stay. Staff were amazing."

"The hotel was perfect for a 4 night stay in London. The location was so central and near a subway station. The room was clean, and the bed was comfy. Just be mindful if you book the King deluxe room, the bed is more of an XL double. It worked for four nights. The breakfast was wonderful, with many healthy options to choose from. The staff were all very helpful and friendly."

"Appartement avec une chambre. Séjour de 12 nuits Excellente situation géographique. À proximité de deux stations de métro. Choix de restaurants, épiceries, etc. Lits très confortables, appartement très propre, personnel sympathique. Inconvénient: il y a deux fenêtres à chaque extrémités de l'appartement, mais les deux donnent sur une petite cour fermée. Il y a donc peu de lumière naturelle. On aurait aimé mieux pour un séjour de 12 jours. Par contre c'est très calme."

"The room is cleaned every day. The staffs are excellent and helpful. The location is good to take the tube."

"The signature citizenM room design works perfectly for us, offering a smart, comfortable, and highly efficient use of space. Paired with an excellent location, it provided an ideal and highly convenient base for our stay"
