Called and asked about late check out before booking, reiterating my desire with purchase notes, communicated with staff about it, then the house manager was mad and didn’t let us stay late because they were fully booked even when we agreed to pay for it. "I booked this hotel because it’s proximity to Oracle Park. The facilities are well kept. The decor is modern and well designed. The rooms were very clean. I love my window view to the city. The beds were very comfortable. We slept through the night. We actually woke up later than expected. I love the proximity to the freeway. I usually avoid SF due to the long wait to get onto the freeway. To my surprise it was very quick. The hotel also offers discounts and perks. I will definitely be back."

"Good location, but be aware there is no self‑parking available. The only option is valet at $91.00 per day, paid over $270.00. We stayed over a weekend, and there was a nearby concert that night. Because of that, we waited over 30 minutes for the valet to bring our car. There was a traffic jam with guests arriving, and the valet had no space to move cars, which made it a hassle to leave the hotel. The hotel also charges a daily destination fee of $38.00. "Hotel was conveniently located near a BART station. Fun interior and the game floor has a photo booth. Only complaint about the room was the two windows looked into the opposite hotel room across the way. Could not have the blinds open so no natural light."

"We stayed here for 5 days (2 adults 2 teenagers). At check in we were told there is no contention breakfast since the restaurant is now open and we have a $10 off credit which we never used. When we got to the room, there was no microwave and no fridge. There was no ac just a ceiling fan. We couldn't even open the window because it was screwed shut. That was awesome! The pool was okay. The beds weren't the best. The bathroom door didn't shut unless you slammed it. The hot water was never hot...

"First night had a room where there was lots of noise and could hear the next room entertaining; asked for a room change. Next morning room changed and more space than the last. Staff polite and helpful. It’s an old building with creaky floors and thin walls. But would stay visit again if needing budget hotel. Great location!"
