"If I could have given this hotel 12 stars out of 5, I would have! I honestly doubt that the Ritz in Paris has more gracious staff. Everyone from the housekeepers to the front desk was warm and welcoming and helpful. I stayed for three nights and felt like I was staying at my auntie's grand house. "We were pleasantly surprised with the hotel - it's very clean, nice rooms, not too stuffed with the furniture, either recently remodeled or well maintained, convenient parking and very decent breakfast."
