"Very respectful staff. I will mention it was somewhat difficult figuring out how to get into the property as the entrance didn't have a sign. (This is right off the highway). Room was kept up and clean. Some areas did seem to smell of smoke but nothing terrible. Beds were comfortable and bathroom had all the necessities. "

"Well the place was clean and the breakfast in the morning helps save a few dollars. When we stayed here the pool was closed and our shower did not drain well. By the time you were done you were standing in at least 3 inches of water, this was our only complaint."

"We were not advised that the property was currently undergoing renovations. Getting to your room or other areas of the hotel was extremely inconvenient. We had to catch the elevator to the third floor and then walk down the back stairs in order to reach our room located on the first floor. There was no parking in the area where our room was located because there was building materials and debris everywhere. "

"Front desk was so friendly upon check in, the room was clean and the AC was so cold! We enjoyed the arcade as we roamed the hallways and the pool was perfect. My only complaint was the smell in the elevator…off-putting at 6 in the morning. "

"This hotel is showing it's age: dining room furniture (all wooden) showing ruñ marks and scratches, dining room waste cabinets and door filthy; room couch seat cushion not much "cushioning"; bathroom small for a "suite". Room cleaning is by daily request which I didn't know until 3rd day of 4 day stay."

"The front desk worker was sleeping and we waited 30 mins to get any service. The bathroom had a stopper In front of the tub and it hurt when you stepped down. The house guess was rude. Breakfast was awful the meat was cold and hard, juice was very watered down. There was a worker sitting in the area and was talking loud and rude to my children."

"It was very very embarrassing and hurtful I booked a room off of expedia.com and I had no clue about no incidental fee for $100 cash and the room was only 42 bucks so when I get there to check in and that's all the money me and my girlfriend have cuz we're basically struggling right now and homeless sleeping in our car so when we do get enough money we get a hotel sometimes to shower and eat and all that good stuff and I go inside the front desk lady site I need your car for instance it's going...
