"No where on the building do the words “Bluebird Suites” appear. This was an apartment, not a hotel room. Parking was not included, so I had to pay to park at another hotel about a block away. We needed a wristband to access the pool area, which was not provided. Notes included with our check in required us to clean the place and remove our trash from the room.
