"We had a wonderful stay at The Westin Jersey City Newport. Beautifully maintained, calm atmosphere, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable — we slept so well. The pool and jacuzzi area were spotless and relaxing. Patrick and Ben were professional and thoughtful throughout our stay, and Jesus at the front desk was especially welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. We left feeling refreshed. A lovely experience all around."

"Amazing staff and attention to detail. Perfect location for a staycation. My dog’s leash broke and Catherine, one of the housekeepers noticed and had a leash ordered from the local Target for us! Talk about going above and beyond! I have never experienced that level of thoughtfulness from hotel staff. That kind gesture alone will make me return. Thank you for a great experience all around.
