Hotel dekat Library Park

"There were only 2 parking spots for handicap and 2 spots for credit card holders. Would have loved to be able to park in the handicap since I had to walk from one end to another. Go up the elevator then walk to the other side. Recommend thinking about those who are injured. Room was not clean. There was trash in the coroner by our window. One of the bed sheets had a cigarette burn in it. The other had QUEEN written on it.. shower had hair all over it and black stuff on the wall."

"This property is run down. The lobby and room are okay but, the grounds are horrible. Pool is dirty and in need of repairs. The parking lot and grounds are overrun with weeds. There is a filthy trailer park behind the back parking lot and a few trailers are actually in the parking lot! This hotel is on a major road in a sketchy area. Town is only 1 mile away but, it is unwalkable as the area is not very nice. Not a place for families or couples.We will not be back."

"First of all the rooms kind of smoke musty, and then when we looked at the beds and uncovered the mattress, it had dips in it both sides, both rooms. The beds were the same way and then the last morning the electric went off for like 530 or six and it was not on by 8:30 so I feel like we need some kind of refund"

"It was fine. The staff was helpful and this is very much a budget hotel. For that it was clean and quiet. There were not many amenities and it was very bare bones other than in room kitchenettes. For a cheap place to stay that was clean, it was great."

"You will realize why this place is so affordable when you get there. The place is practically falling apart. The ceiling was leaking water in the hallways and there was cracks and dirt all over the walls. The toilet seat was falling off our toilet. They show you the room before you sign for your keys because they know it too."

"Was here for a wedding on property. Staff did an amazing job at keeping a diverse crowd entertained,fed and happy. My room was clean and well appointed. I’ll be back!"

"I really liked the pool area and the breakfast. The whole place needs much more maintenance. When I arrived, the refrigerator was frozen over. There was a crack in the bathtub. The tub leaked into the floor. There were several scratched marks on the wall. The door to the room sticks, and you have to push and pull a specific way to open the door. They only have 1 ice vending machine, and it is "well hidden." Watch out. We did see bugs in the room. Not sure what type. The Staff is really nice...

"Great location for proximity to CSU and Old Town. Super helpful staff made the stay enjoyable and overcame any issues. Renovation has made good use of the space, the room is clean and nicely finished, and the basics are all available. Better than expected."
