Weed smoke was also just constantly stinking up the room from the other unit, not the owners fault but an inconvenience. Other than the lack of cleanliness I would say it’s a nice stay, just expect a cleaner place when we’re paying for the cleaning fee and giving a 200 dollar deposit plus the room. "

"I cannot believe this is an Embassy Suites, let alone an Embassy Suites in the Biltmore! Check in staff was obnoxious, even though we prepaid the hotel in full. The rooms are so dated there are permanent stains in the porcelain. Pool is a pathetic little rectangle. Their guest reception was so understaffed, we were only able to get one drink instead of two. Absolutely the only positive is the location, and owners have zero pride. "
