"We spent two nights at Tides Folly Beach right before Xmas and enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again especially in the summertime. Clean room and friendly staff. Great view of the pier and beach from our room. We watched lots of surfers. Easy and free onsite parking. There are many cute restaurants nearby. We didn't get a chance to try it but Pinky's looks like a fun beachside restaurant right at the hotel. Quick 20-min drive to downtown Charleston. Our mini frig was making a noise...

"We enjoyed the hotel very much! The location is ideal. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The staff is very attentive to detail. We loved the pre-visit email, the welcome and goodbye notes, the signature room fragrance to take home, the wine and cheese party and the late night port. We met interesting people/guests in the bar, and the every member of the team that works there is polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. We will return! "

"Overall this is a terrific venue and we were very pleased with our 4 day stay. the place is very clean and the service was excellent. the breakfast is your typical continental breakfast and was good. the wine and cheese at 4pm was a nice extra and started off each evening on the right note. the location is very convenient to the Market and various restaurants. would definitively stay there again when we go back "

"The bungalow was so retro! It was definitely Folly Beach. We loved having our own front porch & kitchen. Location was great-walkable to beach, restaurants, & shops. Good variety of food for breakfast. Plenty of healthy options. "

"My first room had old food items left over from previous guest that house cleaning must have missed. The manager on duty took care of it right away. No issues here- just making sure you are aware. "
