Banyan Harbor Resort
This resort is stuck in the 80s with no apparent updates since then. The fans were super dusty and dilapidated. The AC on the first floor where the kitchen and living room is only work for 15 minutes and then cut out and would not turn back on. The stairs around the entryway we're very poorly lit ...

Kauai Shores Hotel
We had a wonderful stay, rooms were clean and comfortable, they kept really up with clean towels which was super helpful with all our time at the beach. The valet was super convenient and one mishap was quickly and wonderfully handled. Absolutely will come back for hopeful future trips!
