"Die Klimaanlagen sind so laut, dass selbst, wenn die eigene nachts abgeschaltet ist, die Anlagen der benachbarten Zimmer eine unheimliche laute Geräuschkulisse erzeugen. Und falls diese einen nicht stören, dann vielleicht die unzähligen freilaufenden Hähne auf Kauai. Die sind echt eine Plage und krähen ab 3 Uhr in der früh bis abends 21 Uhr ohne unterlass. Das hat nichts mit der Bauernhofromantik zu tun an die man dabei denkt. Frühstück wird draußen angeboten (Regen & Sonne). Dabei läuft das...

"Well the property is under construction which we weren’t aware of upon our stay. The hot tub and part of the pool were closed off. An entire floor was closed to contractors being present during the day so it was hard to get from to pool and to lobby. The room itself was also dirty and only one working elevator made timing issues."

"Hotel property is in impeccable condition, rooms are maintained squeaky clean, staff is very polite and friendly, and you are a few steps from your room to the beach no matter which room you are. The pool area is very nice and the pool bar staff is phenomenal: Jessa, Edward and Jude are rockstars! Will definitely come back to this little slice of heaven in Kauai."

"We had a great stay in the deluxe ocean view room. Spectacular views, great beach to swim at. The restaurants were really good too, we just were bummed we couldn’t get room service the night we arrived. Other than that, amazing food at lava and rum fire. Coffee shop onsite was great too. Already planning or next trip"

"The lobby common areas were nice as they were recently updated. The cottage we rented was nice for privacy, but furniture was old and worn. Some had stains. Repairs on wall and around AC unit was not very good. "

"Lots of poolside chairs but we were there in low season. Paid for upgraded room and deeply regret. Even requested a quiet room and was blown away by music in their luau pavilion. Hotel makes money hosting concerts but doesn’t consider noise pollution and lack of parking for their paying hotel guests. "
