"The bathroom shower has a huge crack in it. The toilet won't flush. When I went to the desk for maintenance. I was offered a plunger. Not sure when I became an employee of the maintenance staff. I was very offended, I thought I was guest.After I did a job explain the problem she called maintenance. Then when did you start charging a 25$ early check in fee. This is ridiculous, if the room is ready what is the problem. I've worked for a hotel. So ik how long it takes to clean a room. The rooms are extremely small and narrow. I do want to complement the Valet Staff. They were very nice and displayed customer service‼️. "

"Room not cleaned properly, elevators very dirty. Had to walk 29 floors at checkout because impossible to get an elevator at that time. No breakfast after 11am. Food not that good. Signage in parking garage confusing."

"This room felt like it had been forgotten and left to quietly fall apart. The first thing that hit me was the air—heavy, damp, and almost swampy. Everything felt slightly moist, like the room had been holding its breath for too long. It didn’t feel fresh or ventilated, just uncomfortable from the start. Cleanliness was a major issue. There were visible stains on the bedding and furniture, which immediately made it hard to relax. Surfaces didn’t look properly wiped down, and overall it gave the impression that the room hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned in quite some time. Between the damp air and the lack of cleanliness, it just didn’t feel like a safe or comfortable place to stay. I wouldn’t return, and I’d recommend looking elsewhere if you have the option."

"No coffee station like they said only at breakfast time, no options for parking unless you pay 55.00 a night for valet. The staff is rude and useless. The hotel bar closes at 11. The gym was so small and the location was good but food options limited"
