"Excellent location not far from main town centre but still in quiet area. great staff ,great breakfast clean ,comfy pillows and bed ,good shower and bath ,well stocked complimentary tea coffee milk sugar etc .parking a little tight but staff there to assist if you struggle .saying that would still score it a 10 out of ten and would stay again 👍"

The only tiny point was that is was very hot in the house and room (very warm out too) but the fan that was provided was extremely noisy and not really useful. "Hotel is located in the center of Bath and 12 minutes walk to Roman Bath. Walking to Jane Austen Center, circus or Royal Cresent all within 15 minutes. Room is well sized and tastefully decorated and sparkly clean. Have to mention that the bathroom was beautifully designed. Amenities provided was great, like kettle, coffee press machine, safe, etc. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Although it is in central area but night time the street was very quiet. Maybe because I am a light sleeper so I...

"Good location. Excellent breakfast. There's no parking at the hotel. Also, no discount on city parking. The receptionist recommended Southgate parking, which is a bit far. The room is compact and newly renovated. It was extremely hot outside during our trip. The built-in air conditioning in the room worked perfectly. I recommend it."

"Lovely hotel with excellent amenities. Well appointed rooms, super comfortable and really nice staff. Zero complaints. Wonderful stay and would recommend to all! We stayed in a large room which was really spacious, great air con which we didn’t have to touch during our stay which was in the heatwave. Fab breakfast, lovely touches like the pantry! Excellent."

"In the heart of Bath with a rustic and charismatic feel. Fantastic gin bar opposite the front door and restaurants, bars, cinema and Sainsburys close by (100-500 meters). Steep and narrow staircase to the loft apartment. Two large bedrooms, spacious liver, kitchen diner and a bathroom. The internet is slow but did not spoil a wonderful stay. "

"Richard is a wonderful and generous host full of gentle attentions. His Grosvenor Villa has a great history that you will start discovering as soon as you enter the magnificent lobby. A nice 20 minutes walk to reach downtown Bath, it’s a central point to discover Stonehenge, Bristol, Cardiff and the charming villages of the Cotswold. We highly recommend it and we would we would return with so much pleasure!"
